SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages shipping domestically will generally be received within 8 days from order placement and those shipping internationally will generally be received within 17 days from order placement.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. You may receive an additional invoice for shipping via e-mail if the final shipping amount exceeds the amount you were originally charged for shipping. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with one of the items you received from the online store, please e-mail store@iuga.org with your full name and your reason for wanting to return the item within 10 days of receiving it. An IUGA staff member will let you know if your item can be returned.
